Feed conveying array mechanism

Rotary roller feeding method. The small roller rotates around the large roller, and at the same time rotate reversely to absorb paper tube. The large roller can absorb 8 paper tubes for rotating one round.

Planetary rotation vacuum suction feeding mechanism has simplest path, reliable work and stable feeding.

Equipped with sorting and positioning arrangement device to ensure the accuracy of the position around the paper bag cylinder entering the subsequent process.

Indentation & straight cutting mechanism

Equipped with oblique indentation function, the position of oblique indentation can be adjusted without stopping the machine.

Equipped with straight cutting function, mainly used in the paste-bottom process of flat cutting paper tubes. Cut the two mouths of the paper bag at the same time.

Change the paper tubes from horizontal to vertical.

Open & Horn flattening mechanism

Equipped with vacuum suction mechanism, which is used to open the mouth of the paper tubes, so that the horn of the mechanism can be smoothly inserted into the mouth of the paper tubes.

Equipped with a horn mechanism, to open the mouth of paper bags and make it in a symmetrical diamond shape.

Equipped with a flattening mechanism to assist the horn to form the bottom of the paper bag, and compact the diamond-shaped structure at the bottom of the paper bag.

Valve mechanism

Correction mechanism direct the reinforcement paper to the right path. The paper pinched by the pinch roll travels through the glue wheel and then be pasted on the bag.

It can be inserted into a single paper external or built-in valve port, paper clip film misaligned built-in valve port.

Equipped with differential mechanism, which can adjust the position of the inserted paper and paper tubes online.

Change the parameters on screen to set the valve port paper lengths.

Internal reinforcement mechanism

Electronic control system scrutinize the process. If there's no bag in position, control system will cancel pinching paper so that the paper will not be glued and will be sent to the exit.

Equipped with the differential adjustment device, can flexibly adjust the position of the paper tape without stopping the machine; Change the parameters on screen to set lengths.

Indentation & bottom closing & forming mechanism

Equipped with paper bag bottom indentation device to assist bottom forming; Equipped with a large glue wheel device. Flexibly change the shape of the rubber plate.

The forming device is composed of upper and lower inner/outer core plates. The paper wing is supported by the inner core plate to form a square bottom, firmly pasted by a compacting wheel.

External reinforcement institutions

Equipped with full servo paper feeding mechanism with color sensor, which has the color mark cutting mode and fixed length cutting mode.

Bottom-flipping mechanism

The bottom of the bag is flipped at a 90-degree angle to fit the bag body for better compaction and overlapping conveying. Flipping & guiding bar gently flatten the bottom into the compaction conveyor belt.

Compaction and outputing mechanism

Equipped with counting device, vacuum adsorption and accelerated separation device to separate stacked paper bags after reaching the preinstalled number.

The paper bags are separated into the bag collection platform for palletizing.
